GROW Groups/Connect Groups & Sunday School

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, Cocoa First Assembly has a number of different Bible studies held at the church. Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am at the First Assembly campus. In each of these settings the smaller size of the group enables you to discover and apply truth from God’s Word, while you meet and interact with others in your group, and get to know the people of the church. Also, University of the Word, adult bible study held on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm, current study; Seeing Yourself as God sees You.  Sunday School schedule at the bottom of page here.  Additionally, Connect Groups meet Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm.  Detail when scheduled are available at the News and Upcoming Events page here.

Youth & Children’s Ministries

On Sundays and Wednesdays our Youth and Children’s ministries offer the opportunity to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every youth or child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and we offer opportunities for them to be trained in instructing young people and children. The youth and children’s ministries of Cocoa First Assembly are recognized for their close interaction, as well as their heart to grow young people in their faith.  Please check out the ministries we offer by clicking on the tab on the ministries drop down menu.

Women’s Ministries

Cocoa First Assembly’s Women’s Ministries group give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups, meet on a monthly basis at the church for times of anointed ministry, Bible study, prayer and other special events. Every other month our meeting is a night of “Praise and Coffee.” Additionally there is a weekly Women’s Bible Study at the church every Thursday morning at 10:00am. These groups provide a refreshing discipleship as well as relationship building opportunities for the women in the church.
